Removing great and talented individuals in universities for lesser talented ones in different education departments is the same. Massive government projects have been affected in expensive and inefficient ways with far to many failures. Boeing was can do. Even with crony capitalism. Now they are a laughingstock with people form the anarchy northwest that used to laugh at others not laughing so much. Boeing needs to completely move to Southern States. Its government relationship prohibits it or slows it down. Progs destroyed it and unions became to sloppy.

There are avenues in the constitution for carving the states up. There is a movement in OR at this time to make eastern OR a part of ID. No. CA and S. OR have also had campaigns to create the state of Jefferson and eastern WA has recently attempted to become the state of Liberty.

Ft Sumter was South Carolina territory, nimrod. Lincoln committed an act of war by refusing to remove federal troops and then by violating the territorial waters of SC when he attempted to resupply it.
