1 lack of diversity. Switzerland citizens all speak the same language, have similar customs, look similar, have a shared sense of societal normalities, and so on. When a society is full of people like themselves they have less confusion, less conflict, more understanding and so on.

In America we have too much diversity. Too many people that look different, too many people from too many countries with their own beliefs and customs, too many different languages, too many sub culture groups, and so on. And no one wants to conform to American society, they all want America to conform to them. Too many tribes so to speak. No one wants to back down, they all want things their way.

2 Switzerland leads the way in Europe in employment rates, education and has a great healthcare system. Those things leads to a more productive, hard working and satisfied society. America lacks in all of those things. Although we have good health care for people who work and are responsible and use the system properly, a lot of countries it's years waiting for treatment but not in America.

3 Switzerland is almost all white. And the history of the world has shown us the most civilized and prosperous countries in the world tend to be white. The vast majority of man kinds evolutions in science, physics, architecture, medicine, aerospace, engineering, electrical, and so on are because of white people. They also tend to be the societies that last the longest.

All healthy Swiss men aged between 18 and 34 are obliged to do military service and all are issued with assault rifles or pistols which they are supposed to keep at home.

Twenty years ago the Swiss militia was a sizeable force of around 600,000 soldiers. Today it is only a third of that size but until recently most former soldiers used to keep their guns after they had completed their military duties, leading to lots of weapons being stored in the attics or cupboards of private Swiss households.

Many keep them after their service is completed.
