I didn't suggest that there was money involved. Negotiations are always ongoing but in this case were completed in the last few days.

I'll just add that neither the US or Russia is interfering with legitimate media reporters so far. When on side starts that, the other will follow suit. Neither side wants that.

Those arrested in both Russia and presumedly America too, would have been guilty.
