Except the two biggest "Freebies" are Medicare and Social Security, programs that mostly benefit .... wait for it... WHITE PEOPLE.

Also big on that one is Unemployment INsurance, a major league White Person Entitlement.

Of course, most of the people on what you would call "Welfare" are also white, but never mind that.
