Probably about discrimination and prejudice. Both are natural for self preservation and our right as personal privilege.

Will you still defend them when you are on the losing end? Ever find it strange when the KKK complains about reverse discrimination after holding the position that discrimination is part of the right to self-preservation of a race? If that's the case, then why would they say it's not right for whites to be subject to prejudice and discrimination?

At some point, wouldn't it be better for people to just be individuals treating other individuals fairly and without prejudice and discrimination?

My post was about individual preservation. I could care less about preserving any race.

I do treat individuals fairly, for the most part I ignore anyone I don't know.
I don't call anyone names, I don't harm anyone.

I go about my business and let others do the same. I don't acknowledge other's presence and prefer they don't acknowledge mine.

Funny, this woman also had blue eyes, and all the people segregated out were white. Funny thing about that, I come from a family of blue-hazel colored eyes. My eyes are dark brown. Never thought about it before. And, when it comes to racism, funny thing about that, too. I attended mostly black Jr. & Sr. schools. That taught me a lot about racism, alright. Black hate and scorn against whites is just as potent a thing as white racism. A rose by any other name...This woman's message doesn't seem to be getting across. You have several glaring fallacies in your argument. White women are mostly married to white men so that completely kills the argument that white men don't benefit from AA. Also all Black people dont benefit from AA the same as all Asians, Latinos, NA's etc dont benefit from it. At least try to disguise your fallacies a little better.

I agree with you that people have the right to behave anonymously and treated as such, regardless of how others view them. Of course, this can become a problem when anonymity becomes a facade for people looking to get away with malicious actions covertly but it's a catch-22 because the reason the facade works is because innocent people have the right to privacy and even guilty people have to be assumed innocent until proven guilty . . . unlike how Trayvon Martin was treated prior to the confrontation (but that's another discussion altogether).

Also, there's somewhat of a fine line between discriminating against a business because of legitimate preferences, such as the cultural atmosphere, and people simply discriminating because of the skin-color or other physical (i.e. non-cultural) aspects of employees and customers. People can claim they are discriminating on the basis of content and not color, but if what they say is a cover-up for simple race-bias, is it fair and/or legitimate? If you were unable to get a job because employers were afraid your skin-color would result in customers passing their business by, would you accept that and just keep applying to other jobs no matter how many times you got turned down because of prejudice?

Typically not caring about learning is a coping mechanism. Think of it like this. You don't care to learn anything that may change the way you think even a little.
