No it is NOT the ultimate in fairness at all. Here's why, in 1 word:Let me get this straight, how is it unfair that the tally of votes in congressional districts to determine electoral votes? It seems like it's the ultimate in fairness.
Gerrymandering
It's completely different than the individual popular vote, which can NOT be gerrymandered.
