also people should study the way delegates are awarded -- its not a simple a "proportional" sounds.

For example SC has 50 delegates

26 go to the statewide winner -- presumably the Donald
21 (I think that works out to 3 per district) go winner take all to the winner of each congressional districts
3 are RNC delegates.

So if Trump wins by 15% he gets the 26 and there is a very good chance he gets the other 21 or at worst about 15 of them. This would be over 80% of them.

There are very few true winner take all states left in the sense you win the statewide you get them all
