It's not a good thing to tire quickly. You're being ignorant here. Can be a sign of a significant health issue. On another thread someone actually said "I tired very quickly when I run, so that's a no-go." WTF? That's the point! Do people really not get the point of pushing your limits? Nothing in nature changes unless it has to.
It can also be a sign of not wanting to put out the effort or of being badly out of shape. It's not a good thing to tire quickly. You're being ignorant here. Can be a sign of a significant health issue.
Somebody shared that and you are on a rant about it?Then go to a doctor, not to USMB.
anyone badly out of shape should not be running. I've seen a few doing it. Hurting themselves without being fully aware of it.It can also be a sign of not wanting to put out the effort or of being badly out of shape.
NopeI was responding to YOU, dumbass.
I'm not saying start with a marathon.anyone badly out of shape should not be running. I've seen a few doing it. Hurting themselves without being fully aware of it.

That is a problem with many. But others it's from other factors. Running impacts the body/bones in ugly ways.Yeah, if you're out of shape there is nothing you can do about it, so just lay on the sofa all day.
I just mentioned that in response to your inanities.See your doctor, not a message board.
Walking first. People don't need to jog/run. I still wonder about friends who are counting steps like there are magic formulas. But it allows them to believe they are somewhat in control.I'm not saying start with a marathon.
Not sure who you believe is lazy. Could be you on here all day 24/7"Be lazy" as medical advice ...
