Section 1324 of title 8 of the US code makes it a federal felony to encourage illegals to live in america. All these sanctuary city (outlaw city) politicians are clearly in violation but this is another law obama refused to enforce. Illegals are his voter base.

You need to THINK. States and cities are under no obligation to cooperate. ICE can deputize local police only if they agree. That is proof they are under no legal obligation. It does not violate any laws.

Can't you understand english. It is a federal crime to encourage illegals to live here. Encouragement is far beyond non-cooperation.

When a state becomes pro-active and, for example, gives illegals drivers licenses or welfare or medicaid then they are encouraging the illegals to live here and that violates section 1324. THINK
