Well, I'm a bit more informed, so I can assure you every Democrat except Biden is a total nutjob.

Biden is caving to the nutjobs so he isn't much better.

The Republicans ran McCain in 2008 because the Republican Party was in the toilet, so nobody good ran.

The Republicans ran Romney in 2012 because usually a loser is designated to take on an incumbent President.

So, my theory is the Democrats have better people out there, but none of them are running.
