I think you have the wrong idea of what the words pardon and fake means. Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt. Fake means something is untrue. You can not admit guilt and claim the charges are false. They are mutually exclusive.

Read up on the law before you call somebody names. In this case Burdick VS the United States. This ruling by the Supreme Court, and since been upheld state exactly that a pardon IS an admission of guilt.
