No, if he's here with a green card he IS NOT an American citizen. Of course I know how to solve these problems since you think this is our fault. Close the border to everybody, then you can't blame the US for problems like this.

They do vote. They've been busted and some convicted for illegally voting. Many more have admitted doing so in interviews.

The Democrats want lax border security, lax voting restrictions for a reason. If foreigners were known to vote conservative, we would have had a 40 foot wall up over 30 years ago and voters would be treated like German citizens during WWII.

Okay, stupid. He isn't an illegal immigrant. He holds a legal green card and has right to work. That doesn't take away his actions though. But you need to stop lying out your ass to try and make it look like something it isn't.

First off, this only applies to a CDL driver working for himself or a company. Also for it to apply, you have to be outside of 100 radius of where you work out of.

I doubt he was working for anybody. As I mentioned, he had no license so nobody would hire or insure him as a driver.

Secondly, the reason for our roads being so unsafe the last ten or fifteen years is because we have foreigners driving these vehicles. As a professional, I can't tell you how many mishaps I've seen from these foreign drivers. They can't read or speak a word of English, they never had any training, and they never passed a written or road test in the US.

So what you have today is some foreigner going down the road, doesn't know which highway to stay on when he approaches a split, and veers off three lanes to catch a highway he wanted last minute piloting a 75,000 vehicle next to your family minivan.

And of course, they lower the pay scale for all drivers, so you get less of the cream of the crop when it comes to American drivers.
