I'm glad to see that things are finally starting to turn around against ISIL. Not only are they losing territory, but recruitment has gone down, and they are starting to have people defect from their organization.

I'd be much more interested in some time off between wars for us as a society and some time off for future vets, given the fact that our past and recent vets currently enjoy a 22 per day suicide rate. The empire is cannibalizing itself within.
