"It's not theirs, Its mine"

A redacted copy of the FBI affidavit used to justify the Aug. 8 search of former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate was unsealed Friday, revealing details of the federal government's efforts to recover classified documents, including top-secret information.

The 36-page affidavit, much of which was heavily redacted, said that in mid-May, FBI agents conducted a preliminary review of the contents of 15 boxes Trump returned to the National Archives from his Florida property in January, and "identified documents with classification markings in fourteen of the FIFTEEN BOXES."

The affidavit said that agents found 184 unique documents that had classification markings. It stated that 25 documents were marked as "TOP SECRET," 67 documents marked as "confidential" and 92 marked "secret." According to the affidavit, agents observed markings denoting various control systems designed to protect various types of sensitive information, including markings that designate intelligence gathered by "clandestine human sources," such as a report by a CIA officer or someone who works for the Defense Intelligence Agency.
----------
The affidavit noted that based on the federal investigation, the government believed that the storage room where boxes of presidential records were kept at Mar-a-Lago, as well as Trump's suite, his office and other spaces "within the premises are not currently authorized locations for the storage of classified information."

In June, Justice Department lawyers sent Trump's attorneys a letter that reiterated that Mar-a-Lago couldn't be used to store classified information, according to the affidavit. The Justice Department asked in the letter that the room where the documents were stored "be secured and that all of the boxes that were moved from the White House to Mar-a-Lago (along with any other items in that room) be preserved in that room in their current condition until further notice."
---------------
The Presidential Records Act mandates that all presidential records be properly preserved by each administration so that a complete set is transferred to the National Archives at the end of an administration.

Trump also received a federal grand jury subpoena in the spring for sensitive documents the government believed he retained after his departure from the White House, NBC News previously reported. A source who spoke on the condition of anonymity said the subpoena was related to documents that Trump’s legal team discussed with Justice Department officials at a meeting in early June.

The posts from a high school drop-out who would not read, much less understand what a legal document says even if they were explained a dozen times to them.

Which is why we are so grateful that Classified government documents are seriously taken care of and in control of people who understand every word they are reading and know exactly where those documents belong because of how serious they are for the National Security of the Nation.

Like his supporters, like Trump/ or rather, Trump's supporters are just like him:

Records recently released by The University of Pennsylvania’s student-run paper The Daily Pennsylvanian shows the academic record of the class that graduated with the 45th President. According to a Penn spokesman, Ron Ozio, the University cannot release academic records of an alumni, however, a surfaced copy of the graduation program from the Penn Archives alone serve as proof of his academics.

The records reveal that Trump, who graduated from Wharton’s undergraduate program — then known as the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce, was not amongst the list of 56 students who made the top 15 percent of their graduating class.

Karl Rove, who served as a senior adviser to former President George W. Bush, said on Friday that former President Trump did not have the authority to take presidential documents with him to his Mar-a-Lago residence when he ended his term.

“Why he was holding on to these materials when he had no legal authority to do so under the Presidential Records Act is beyond me,” Rove, a Fox News contributor, said during an appearance on the network.

Rove’s appearance came shortly after a federal magistrate judge approved the release of a redacted affidavit used to convince him to approve a search warrant for Trump’s Florida residence.

The document revealed that authorities found 184 classified documents in boxes recovered by the National Archives in January, and prosecutors argued there was probable cause to believe they would find additional illegally possessed items, including classified national defense information, at Mar-a-Lago.

The previously unsealed search warrant noted that the search came as part of a federal investigation into potential violations of the Espionage Act and two other statutes, which do not rely on documents being classified.

“The Presidential Records Act is clear,” Rove said on Fox News.

“A president does not have the right to leave the White House and pick and choose what documents he wants to take with him,” he continued. “He can ask for copies, but those are the property of the American people, and since 1978 no president has left with sort of picking and choosing their own documents.”

What legal documents? I’ve been waiting to see just one

Wall of text means you could not care less about the laws of the country you live in, AND even if you did read the article you would not be able to understand the content.

All of the Republicans who used to work for Trump and either walked away from his administration or came forward afterwards as witnesses as to what happened during those four years, know much more and understand much more than those, like yourself, who could not care less about the laws which are the foundation of the country you live in.

Reject all you like.

Plenty of people can read and understand what the laws of the land are, and THAT is what will make a difference during the elections. That and the SC undoing Roe vs Wade.

Stay tuned for the day after November 8th.
And what harm was done?
STFU and get back to your bong, kid.
