James O'Keefe tweets to Secretary Sebelius: Might want to cancel your plans tomorrow

Amazing video in that people actually took it as legitimate

Notice how you don't actually see anyone asking the question? They fill in the "question" afterward

Try as you might to spin it, that's some damning footage - which is why the voter fraud group ACORN is no longer around.

It is doctored footage and the question being asked and the question being answer are not linked. O'Keefe merely tells us what he asked ....we have no idea what was actually asked

But it is what passes for journalism with Republicans

Unfortunately, it was derailed because of the mass hysteria brought about by the fake pimp video.

Unfortunate perhaps, but there was still TONS of fraud in the last election, so the spirit of ACORN lives on.

Amazing contribution to the political landscape by the party of shameless, unethical, journalistic, wanna-be, ditto heads!

ROFL

An Obamunist calls someone else "unethical..."

Talk about irony.

Oh and Comrade sparky? O'Keefe got in trouble for not gaining consent when he taped the ACORN criminals, not because the videos were fake.

Here is the UNEDITED video...

You aught to be proud!

And you ought to be literate...

OK Mr Kelsey Grammar man! Whatever gives you wood.

Just remember - O'Keefe is a liar, a convict and a fraud; if you defend him at this point, YOU are the liar.

So in the absence of the implied new bombshell, this has become an O'Keefe Classics show instead...

It's a dud, folks. Time to go home.

James O'Keefe and friends plead guilty in Mary Landrieu office caper | NOLA.com

The four defendants who were arrested in January in Sen. Mary Landrieu's office in the Hale Boggs federal complex in New Orleans pleaded guilty Wednesday morning in federal court to entering real property belonging to the United States under false pretenses.

Magistrate Judge Daniel Knowles III sentenced Stan Dai, Joseph Basel and Robert Flanagan each to two years probation, a fine of $1,500 and 75 hours of community service during their first year of probation.

James O'Keefe, as leader of the group and famous for posing as a pimp in ACORN office videos, received three years of probation, a fine of $1,500 and 100 hours of community service.

Each of the defendants made a statement to the court. They said they did not intend to commit a crime

Recidivism amongst federal convicts like O'keefe is quite common.

So, no felony, no parole?

What a shock....

Well no, but as a partisan hack, you're more than willing to lie.

Party above all with you - every time!

Your voter fraud group got caught in a honey trap.

It is obvious that OKeefe is lying. Republicans used his bogus footage to kill ACORN

I might say the LIAR part about Obama, but he hasn't been convicted of a felony. Yet!

A conviction in a federal court is still a conviction. If O'Keefe had been caught committing another crime during that probationary period he would have had to serve hard time for the balance of that probation on top of the penalty for his subsequent crime.

You claimed he was a "CONVICTED FELON" and "ON PAROLE."

Neither claim is true.

O'keefe is a convicted felon.

As far as probation vs parole is concerned;

Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS) - FAQ Detail

Probation refers to adult offenders whom courts place on supervision in the community through a probation agency, generally in lieu of incarceration. However, some jurisdictions do sentence probationers to a combined short-term incarceration sentence immediately followed by probation, which is referred to as a split sentence. Probations can have a number of different supervision statuses including active supervision, which means they are required to regularly report to a probation authority in person, by mail, or by telephone. Some probationers may be on an inactive status which means they are excluded from regularly reporting, and that could be due to a number of reasons. For instance, some probationers may be placed on inactive status immediately because the severity of the offense was minimal or some may receive a reduction in supervision and therefore may be moved from an active to inactive status. Other supervision statuses include probationers who only have financial conditions remaining, have absconded, or who have active warrants. In many instances, while on probation, offenders are required to fulfill certain conditions of their supervision (e.g., payment of fines, fees or court costs, participation in treatment programs) and adhere to specific rules of conduct while in the community. Failure to comply with any conditions can result in incarceration.

Parole refers to criminal offenders who are conditionally released from prison to serve the remaining portion of their sentence in the community. Prisoners may be released to parole either by a parole board decision (discretionary release/discretionary parole) or according to provisions of a statute (mandatory release/mandatory parole). This definition of parole is not restricted to only prisoners who are released through a parole board decision, but also includes prisoners who are released based on provisions of a statute. Parolees can have a number of different supervision statuses including active supervision, which means they are required to regularly report to a parole authority in person, by mail, or by telephone. Some parolees may be on an inactive status which means they are excluded from regularly reporting, and that could be due to a number of reasons. For instance, some may receive a reduction in supervision, possibly due to compliance or meeting all required conditions before the parole sentence terminates, and therefore may be moved from an active to inactive status. Other supervision statues include parolees who only have financial conditions remaining, have absconded, or who have active warrants. Parolees are also typically required to fulfill certain conditions and adhere to specific rules of conduct while in the community. Failure to comply with any of the conditions can result in a return to incarceration.

As a convicted felon O'Keefe was one small step away from being incarcerated.

I don't think you understand how this works. The person making a claim is the one who needs to provide evidence. It is hard to prove something that didn't happen.

But it's easy to claim established events didn't happen when you huff spray paint - or are a democrat.

But I repeat myself....

A convicted felon threatening a government official?

Isn't that a parole violation?

So, HOW many quarts of Thunderbird have you downed today?

O'Keefe settled in a civil suit

O'keefe is a convicted felon.

The felony charges were dropped and O'Keefe was convicted of a misdemeanor.

However, Uncensored's response to you that he settled in civil court is also wrong. O'Keefe was convicted in a criminal court.

He is a convicted lawbreaker and the recidivisim joke is still a good one. :)
