One of the intrinsic failings of our form of government (and one that should probably remain) is the almost infinite discretion prosecutors have in pursuing certain criminal activity and ignoring other criminal activity.

Here's hoping Jordan and his buddies get the "obstruction of justice" charges they deserve.

Congressmen are exempt from FEDERAL prosecution for their ignorance on the house floor but not state prosecution.
