Carter obviously didn't call Obama an incompetent loser but he did in fact call ObamaCare's implementation "questionable at best" which is a rather stinging indictment of how Obama has handled his signature legislative "achievement".

ObamaCare is bad law. It doesn't address what most Americans were concerned about...cost...instead simply giving out some freebies to one group (the poor) and transferring that cost to another group (the middle class and the wealthy).

The roll out is going badly because the legislation was ill conceived right from the start. Sorry, Kiddies...but this isn't going to be getting any better because it was a crap bill written by idiots more concerned with an agenda than with problem solving.
