Show you actual instances of gun confiscation, or show you instances of it being discussed by democrats.Really? Are you being facetious? This is a near constant narrative by the democrat party. They have said it in multiple speeches, campaigns, in interviews, in their website mission statements, etc.I must have missed all that gun confiscation stuffBoy do you sound confused. So you mean your fear mongering about Biden being a hard core anti-gun socialist was bullshit?
No kidding
No, it wasn't bullshit. He was elected on the premise that he would do that, but now he admits that's not going to be that easy.
It's interesting though. When Democrats start backpedaling on gun legislation after pushing it non-stop, you better believe they are losing their grip on power.
First he's a gun grabber...then you say he's not...and now he is again?
He is and always will be a gun-grabber. But he's admitting that it's not going to be easy...
"On Tuesday, Stef Feldman, the national policy director of Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, announced in a meeting put on by the Georgetown Institute of Politics and Public Service, that gun control is at the top of Biden’s list. There will be no vote or democratic process, and like Trump and Obama before him, Biden will use Execute Orders to implement his will.
Feldman pointed out that when he gets in the White House, Biden is planning to “make big, bold changes through executive action, not just on policing and climate like we talked about previously, but in healthcare and education, on gun violence, on a range of issues,” adding, “there’s really a lot you can do through guidance and executive action.”

Can you show where Biden has ever advocated confiscating guns?
During the first Democrat debate he said:
"Folks, look, and I would buy back [assault] weapons. We already started talking about that. We tried to get it done. I think it can be done. And it should be demanded that we do it. And that’s a good expenditure of money."
During a November 6, 2019, CNN interview, Biden answered in the affirmative when asked if he was coming for guns:
"CNN: So, to gun owners out there who say, well, a Biden administration means they’re going to come for my guns?
BIDEN: Bingo. You’re right if you have an assault weapon. The fact of the matter is, they should be illegal, period. Look, the Second Amendment doesn’t say you can’t restrict the kinds of weapons people can own. You can’t buy a bazooka. You can’t have a flame thrower."
And what about Beto? He ran on a platform of firearms confiscation and was promised a position in Biden's cabinet...
Joe Biden promises to put Beto O’Rourke in charge of gun control
Do you know what ”buy back” means?
Suppose I don't want to sell them? Then what?
Then the Dems do what they planned to do all along. Kick in your door, confiscate your firearms (and whatever else looks good) and, if you resist, kill you.
How could you possibly have missed it?
Show me some gun confiscation
As far as “confiscation” actually occuring, meaning people going door to door and taking weapons, I don’t think that has ever happened. What is discussed is “mandatory buybacks” and banning, which is just confiscation without the door to door approach. That is discussed frequently.
the democrat party has routinely taking the boiled frog approach. They limit features a weapon can have (adjustable shoulder sticks, muzzle devices, barrel shrouds (wtf?), magazine capacity, etc. Thry ban certain types of ammo. They then let that settle, and then again make the restrictions tighter. Then they do things like California has done, and only allow sale of specific makes/models of guns, and if it ain’t in the list you can’t get it no matter what. They also restrict carry permits, making it harder and harder to carry your weapon. Then they limit sales, and make you go through redundant checks and pay fees every time you purchase a weapon. This all acts to keep adding restriction upon restriction.
They banned “assault weapons” outright in the 90’s. They are looking to do so again.
What has been discussed now is all of the above. Outright banning of “assault weapons”. Limiting magazine capacity on weapons. Implementing taxes and fees on every purchase of any type of component. And now a mandatory”buyback”, which is just a less in your face confiscation. Saying “give me your property and take this cash, or else you are a criminal and will be prosecuted” is confiscation.
It’s like this....
If the government said “ok. We are banning all 2 door cars. They will not be sold. Any cars with over 300hp can not be sold. Any car parts purchased will have a $200 tax, even if it’s a $15 hinge. If anyone has a car with over 300hp, you will turn it in and take this check for $5000. Possession of any car over 300hp will be a felony and you will be prosecuted.”
That would be outrageous. And just think, owning a car isn’t mentioned in the constitution. “Arms” is mentioned, specifically.
