The Trump administration’s “conscience rule,” which would have allowed health care providers to refuse to offer services such as abortions, contraceptive care, and vaccinations that they disagree with on religious or moral grounds, was declared unconstitutional by a federal judge on Wednesday.

It would have done more than that. If a homsexul person was hit by a car an ER Dr. Could have refused to help him. A cancer specialist could refuse to serve non whites people.

It is illegal to refuse life-saving care and has been since forever. The Conscience Rule only applied to elective procedures such as abortion, sterilization, or assisted suicide.
