Judge in Floyd case opens door for an acquital.

If there wasn't anything wrong with the guy you "might" have a point. But the truth of the matter is he had a deadly amount of fentanyl in is system at the time. This is a procedure used by police thousands of times a year. Why did this loser die from it? :eusa_shhh:
Mr. Floyd would have been alive and well today were it not for Chauvin putting his entire body weight concentrated on the victim's neck via his knee for 9 and a half minutes.

Watch the unedited video.

They play it at the beginning of this pod.

Floyd was screaming, “I CANT CHOKE, I CANT BREATHE!” when he was in the back of the cop car and no one was anywhere near his head or chest.

HE WAS TWEAKING ON A FATAL DOSE OF FENTANYL AND HAD CARDIAC ARREST FROM THE STRESS OF THE SITUATION.

Nebraska has used Fentanyl to execute death row prisoners.

The video makes it quite obvious.

yep, exactly. no one touching him he was complaining about his breathing. it continues to amaze me the ignorance of demofk.

prove it.

BTW, why was he complaining of not being able to breathe ahead of that confrontation? you haven't answered that one yet.

Defense attorney has a very weak demeanor. Took me five seconds to see it. He's all uppity. A right proper nerd. And he has a lisp. And his tenor seems to be to trivialize the terms of controversy. His very presence is annoying to the casual observer. He's boring.

Yeah, the government's man is cooked. Stick a fork in him.

It's human nature, folks. Nobody likes annoying people, sorry.

Seems silly, but it's absolutely true. Whether an audience takes what you say seriously or not or renders you with any credibilty at all is completely dependent upon how you carry yourself. And this guy just doesn't have the stuff. You cant fake the stuff. The stuff is natural shit. You either have it or you don't.

That has yet to be proven. It’s been stated Floyd overdosed. His blood level was very high supposedly.

There were 3 or 4 other blacks in the same car.
They are alive and well today.
They didn't swallow a bag of drugs.

Watch the video....look and listen to Floyd in the back of the cop car.

His actions and demeanor are COMPLETELY inconsistent with what is occuring at that time.

He is tweaking on a FATAL DOSE OF Fentanyl and is completely irrational.

Minnesota opened the door to acquittal by paying millions to the family suggesting guilt.

It's worse than that. They are having a hard time finding jurors because they fear for their safety and lives if they find the officer was not guilty. That means the only people willing to take a juror position is one who's mind is already made up about the case as guilty.

This case should have been sent to some small remote town somewhere on the other side of the country where lowlifes are much less of a threat to jurors.

Not sure how much difference that would make here. Usually, you change venue to get a jury pool that's less likely to be biased. Not only is that not possible with a case like this, where it's been hyped up into a national issue to promote a race agenda, but it's also probably not possible to protect the jurors that way for the same reason.

You would Moon Bat.

This Floyd asshole was a drug addicted piece of criminal ghetto shit so fuck him.

I hope the cop is acquitted.

Then the filthy Negro insurrectionist dipshits will burn down and loot the rest of the big city shitholes that they didn't get to for six months last year. They need more big screen TVs. It will be hilarious to watch them do that and then to watch the pathetic White Guilt pussies kissing the ass of the Darkies.
That's nice. So are you willing to bet on it?

You know, where the loser leaves the site for good.

Yes a violent negro with a rap sheet was trying to pass off a fake 20 dollar bill dies during an arrest in which he fought with the cops. And for this we burn down buildings and give him a ride in a golden casket.

This country is fucked.
Not to mention he was experiencing the results of an overdose and his loving family received a cool $27,000,000 to ease their pain. Got to love it, only in America. It never was about BLM was it?

If a person has been arrested 100 times...and this is 101, that is relevant information to me about the likelihood the crime was committed.

Absolutely wrong. Being arrested 100 times doesn't mean you were ever guilty. And being guilty of something doesn't mean you've done everything you're accused of. That's why in order to be given a fair trial the jury can't know about the history of the defendant. Otherwise the guy will be seen as automatically guilty of anything he's accused of.

Only hard rightwing white supremacists are stating that he died of an overdose.

Every one else in the entire world witnessed that he was murdered by Chauvin due to asphyxiation of the throat via a knee on his neck.

The Defendent in this case is the cop.
if a Father shoots a man for raping his daughter, the Jury needs to know the rap sheet of the victim as it's relevant to the motive.
Likewise, if Floyd swallowed drugs in previous arrests, then the Jury absolutely needs to hear this evidence.
