Of course not. He's not an unarmed black kid carrying Skittles and Ice Tea.

They are just preparing him for his life as a wealthy person, where he will get no jail time for "accidentally" blowing up his oil rig while negligently ignoring all laws. This is probably how they all start out; "What, you drove into a hedge? Here we'll drive you home to daddy--the director of the CIA--and forget that the whole thing happened, because we can tell you are going places son!"
