Judicial Ethics Charges Should Be Filed in Flynn Case

The judge hammered Mueller's team...I know its going unreported but its a fact...

Yep, fact stated, and I agree!

Still, it is up to the administration to put PRESSURE. Where is it?

How much control, on this day in December of 2018, do we have to have, to bring it to the forefront?

In case you haven't noticed, we are LOSING...…………….because it appears, not 1 person is willing to stand up.

All I can say is------------->if this continues with our people now in total control, we all better hide. Imagine when/if the Democrats get control. They will be knocking on our doors!
That's right, it's the re-education Walmarts for all of you. You have nothing to look forward to but a plastic FEMA coffin.

We already know the truth. That is why Republicans got shellacked in the House
That's what you call a shellacking?...too bad you couldn't cheat in the senate races like you did in the house with 4 weeks to count blue district votes....

The guy has been appointed to judge.

He judged today.

He publicly shamed someone willing to sell out their country.

Good for him.
he tried to sell out his country??
please prove this--specifics /details please
Please see the indictment.

Operating as a foreign agent while serving as National Security Adviser is sufficient for our purposes here.
no--YOU give me the quotes/times/what he said and did
you claim he was a ''foreign agent'' etc--it's up to YOU to back it up
now back it up or shut up
give me the proof/quotes/actions/etc
The indictment, charging him with being a foreign agent during the course of his appointment as NSA, is publicly accessible online.

The indictment includes specifics on dates, times and content.

Flynn's signature, acknowledging his guilt, is also visible; as is his reinforcing admission of guilt, just yesterday.

Next batter, please.

That's really not true.

Flynn was not charged with being a foreign agent...he was charged with
lying about it.

That's a big difference.

That's why the Judge laid into the prosecution. The Judge sees it as
potential treason by Flynn and the Prosecution did not charge him
with that.

The Judge also basically pleaded with the defense to ask for a delay
because he was going to put Flynn in jail.

The judge even asked the prosecution if they believed it was treason and
they said no.

You can read whatever you want into this stuff, but this judge did Flynn a favor and the prosecution is going to have to give him more details or he
will put Flynn behind bars.

They are not going to give the Court a document that could amount to treason and then say he should go free. He ain't gonna allow that.

The judge believes Flynn was coerced and is giving Mueller and company time to work it all out, or Flynn is headed for the slammer.

The Judge is working against the Special Counsel not for him. His remarks
and actions show that he is giving Flynn a choice. Believe me or believe Mueller. You cut a deal with Mueller for no jail time...I'm going to put you
in jail anyway. The judge is saying to Flynn in so many words..."I wanna know what's going on and what has been said to you,"

Deep State really has it for Flynn.

“The sentencing of former Trump White House national security adviser Michael Flynn on a single charge of lying to the FBI turned into a dramatic scene in a Washington, D.C., courthouse Tuesday. Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan excoriated Flynn for what is called uncharged conduct — that is, for crimes that Flynn has not been formally accused of committing.

In open court, Sullivan raised the question of whether Flynn, a retired Army three-star general with more than three decades of service, might have committed treason. He questioned whether Flynn sold out the United States. He said Flynn had served as an unregistered foreign agent (for Turkey) inside the White House.

“Arguably, that undermines everything that this flag over here stands for,” Sullivan said, gesturing toward the American flag in the courtroom, according to reporters who were present. “Arguably, you sold your country out.”

All were terribly damaging accusations, especially coming from a federal judge sitting in court. And all were false, given that Flynn did not commit treason, did not sell out the United States, and did not serve as an unregistered foreign agent in the White House. There’s a reason Trump-Russia special counsel Robert Mueller did not charge Flynn with those crimes, and the reason is he did not commit them.

It appeared Sullivan had a momentary loss of reason or didn’t have his facts straight, or both. He later walked back some of his comments, but the damage was done.”

Who Lost Turkey?

Just like France gave asylum to Ayatollah Khomeini, our ignorant government virtue-signaled its compassion by giving asylum to another fanatical cleric who is trying to overthrow his own country's government. Flynn was paid to represent Erdogan's case for deportation of an enemy of his people now residing in and plotting another coup from the safety of the USA. What Flynn did would have benefited our foreign relations and never should have been made illegal.

Au contraire... it proves sufficient for our purposes here.

He lied about his agency relationship on behalf of Turkey.

He lied about his interactions with the Russians.

He was charged by a registered Republican and loyal public servant on behalf of The People, the Republic and the Constitution.

Flynn confessed his guilt with respect to those charges both on-paper and in a court of law.

Good enough for me... if it's not good enough for you, then that's your problem... not mine.

The only reason ruled in favor of Stevens is because he had already lost the election
As long as Sullivan gets what he wants he then becomes this impartial judge.
The guy is a died in the wool deep state liberal that hates Trump
He don't fool me a bit.
The 90 day delay is to do Sullivans bidding not muellers. He wants Lynn to get his pound of flesh for him. Then and only then will be sanctimonious.
If flynn puts mueller in a box watch sullivan go nuclear on flynn
He's just a sock puppet for the naacp

Lying to Federal Investigators is a serious crime.

Acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign power is a serious crime.

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

Sucks to be him, eh?

ya the judge was so smart he misread the timeline
Didn't say he was smart.

I said he was appointed to judge.

And judge he did.

His public shaming of Flynn was part of that judgment; a discretion that we give our judges, to verbally shame and chastise.

There is no Snowflake "Safe Space" in a court of law in a criminal matter.

He was acting within the scope of the powers granted to him as a law judge.

It was a Righteous Shoot.

Calm yourself, little one, or you'll soil your panties again.

If you aren't going to speak intelligently on the subject at hand, then you can go back to Mom's basement and watch more Faux News.
