The birth certificate is not a scientist document, it is a legal document that list the parents of the child, be them the biological parents or adoptive parents.

No the birth mother is not listed, the adoptive parents are listed. Anyone who is adopted that request an official birth certificate from the state will get one with the names of the adoptive parents on it. The "birth mother' will not be listed anywhere on the official birth certificate.

You obviously don't understand surrogacy. It's not her child.

I also was a surrogate, twice, for a gay couple. Their sperm, a donor egg. I was just the oven that baked 'em. That's known as a gestational surrogate. With a traditional surrogate, the egg is the surrogates and the sperm is from the couple usually.
