Funding for Homeland Security expires next month and we'll see if there is any money to give illegals work permits after that.

There is an EO no EA. The money for that comes through self funding and is managed by the Executive Branch; can't be touched by the Congress. The Homeland budget has nothing to do with the EO.

The IRS can issue new details to cover the ACA.

You seem to forget that congress wrote existing laws and has the power to change them. Just takes a small blip in a bill to say those fees go into the general fund and poof new requirement for appropriations.

Ginsberg officiated a gay wedding in DC. Kagan in Maryland. DC voted in gay marriage in 2009. Maryland in 2012. Neither were forced to by any judicial action.

Thus, neither Ginsberg nor Kagan have taken any position on the constitutionality of gay marriage bans. As neither DC nor Maryland had such a ban at the time of the officiating. It would be like saying that any justice that officiated a hetero wedding had to recuse themselves. Its an argument that just doesn't make sense.

But then, this is WND. Its not like their audience demands claims that make sense.

Not at all. It implies no position on the constitutionality of gay marriage bans. As neither maryland nor DC had such a ban when Kagan and Ginsberg officiated gay weddings there. Both Maryland and DC had already voted in gay marriage.

Thus, there's no more implication than if they'd officiated straight weddings. As in both DC and Maryland, gay and straight weddings are both just 'marriage'.
