Seems it's not just North Carolina. FEMA is not showing up in Georgia, Tennessee or Virginia.
In some areas they've reverted to using pack mules to transport critical supplies to people.
Believe it or not, some people did not have tents, or cots last night nor clean water or MRE's to eat.
