Red State! Amen.

I can’t stop laughing. This is too freakin’ funny. Law school students need counseling over some recent SCOTUS decisions.

Just what this nation needs. A bunch of legal cupcakes going out into the world to represent us in courts.

This is the state of the schmucks this country is now facing due to socialist elitist progressive snobbery: six-foot-talk utter snowflakes--- legal students now traumatized by law. More to the point, that any case should be decided any other way than the way they want or think best. Guess how that's going to affect this country for decades now?

Almost as bad as my going to my doctor and getting my temperature taken by an IR probe held four feet away from me aimed at my face that when I ask her how that could possibly be accurate because I know how those probes work and have an optical IR probe myself, the young girl got highly upset at my questioning her methods and told me that it would be "accurate enough," and that I "Have a bad attitude."

The country is now being run by a bunch of young snowflakes not actually prepared for the real world. I see it everywhere.

Welcome to the New World Odor!
Lol. Nice spelling. 👍

But beyond that, your comment is scary.

What if we are turning out lawyers, now, who are “upset” with the legal process and decisions they may not happen to like. And not just upset. But so broken that they need counseling over case law!

Like I said at the outset. Cupcakes. God help their future clients.

To be fair, I didn't read where studuents were asking for it.

It's the letter from the BU Law SGA that is indicative of the problem.

Apparently, merit of the case doesn't matter.

Apocryphal perhaps, but academic pals have often told me that american undergraduates that come here ( to Gods home ) need six months to learn how to carry out research . Gross system failure .

I agree it is funny now - but the comedy stops in just a few years when GenZ law students start becoming activist judges.

Everbody should relax. These SCOTUS rulings, while for the most part horribly regressive, are the best gift this SCOTUS could have given to the BIDEN 2024 campaign.
Especially if Trump winds up being the GOP nominee.
Just like we saw last November the reek of the little golfboy on any candidate or policy is like the proverbial kiss of death.
The majority of the U.S. electorate does not support regressive, Republican, conservative policies.
We saw that in the midterm election last year when voter backlash to The Dobbs decision reduced the much anticipated "red tsunami" to an anemic trickle.
These SCOTUS rulings are going to be a heavy stone around the necks of any and all Republicans on ballots in 2024, and if Trump makes it through the primaries it'll be more than that.
More like a neon sign screaming to voters "I AM OUT OF TOUCH WITH YOUR VALUES AND PRIORITIES SO DON'T VOTE FOR ME!"

While I can understand why some may be vexed or distressed by the recent SCOTUS rulings mentioned in the OP, I would recommend that any student seeking the services offered should be expelled and refused entry to any other law school. It is a simple matter of being qualified for the job. In the career of an attorney, there will be many times a verdict does not go their way. Could you imagine the therapist bills for those disappointments alone?

The heap on top of that all of life's regular shitty disappointments they won't be able to handle...

So why do you hate the Constitution?

Thank God for President Trump.
Yeah if he can survive the onslaught, but if it's God's plan he will. Have to wait and see, but my only reservations with Trump is how he also wants to play politics by using the same tactics that he hated being used on him.

Yeah Dsantis is running, so Trump just needs to just be strong on the issues, and not go after his opponent's like Desantis by using rhetoric and foolery that plays right into the opposition's hands. Trump shouldn't be afraid to stand on his record, and stand on the fact that the Democrat's attacked him relentlessly while doing his job for the American people. Desantis isn't trying to hurt Trump's record or feed him to the wolves, but Trump came out swinging just like a politician instead of the outsider everyone loved him for when he was confronted about Desantis getting into the race.

And when Trump actually tried to compare that dip shites record in New York against Desantis record during COVID, I thought to myself "really Trump, really" ?

Beware of a lose cannon, because we ain't got any wiggle room when it comes to defeating the leftist radical Democrat's.

Trump is a fighter, and he might have to get down and dirty to defeat the Democrat's, but I'm not to sure about the hurt that can be waged on the Republican party by it's candidates being subjected to all sorts of terrible dirty tactics just to try and win in the game.

My message to Trump is to focus and win strictly on the issues, and if it is a Democrat that is the opponent then all gloves are off.

I know that his tactic in 2020 worked to defeat the line up, and maybe it will work again. We'll see, but he's got to do better than using tactics like what he did with that mayor in NYC against candidates like Desantis. No comparison, and the people aren't going for it.

America needs to win for the people on the issues, and not on the bull shite games that politicians love to play.

Your advice is based entirely on your ignorant and biased “thinking.” Therefore, it is valueless.

What exactly is legally wrong with a decision which seeks to affirm that, under our Constitution, equality under the law requires us to be colorblind?
