Yeah, it's a legal concept called "culpability", and it protects EVERY manufaacturer of EVERY legal product.

She doesn't have to revoke the 2nd Amendment asshole......I just outlined how she gets rid of guns....and that is just part of it....she will use an executive order to get universal background checks and then they will use that for gun registration....which will later, down the road be used to confiscate and ban the types of guns they have the political muscle to go after........then the 2nd will be on paper....like in Mexico.....but only the rich and politically connected will be able to use it.....

That is how it is done in Mexico, Europe and every other banana republic....

Suing Remington because someone shot somebody using a Remington gun, is no different from suing Ford because someone ran over somebody using one of their cars.

Well, there is one difference. The right to own and carry one of Remington's guns is constitutionally protected, no govt can make a law against it. The right to own and drive a Ford is not.

Capitalism is economic freedom. Consumers, producers, employees, employers, we all make our own free choices. When government does things like allowing suing people who had nothing to do with a crime, like gun manufacturers, to be sued, it's a back door to shutting down American gun manufacturing. If you can sue someone for not baking you a cake, you're removing the right of private citizens to decide who they want to do business with.
