Lawsuit filed to remove Trump from ballot in CO under 14th Amendment

It has no chance. The 14th A doesn't apply since Trump has never even been found guilty of what you accuse him of. Libturds even think that you don't even have to be found guilty to keep Trump off the ballot, mere accusations are enough.
It's all for publicity but on the bright side the left has once again started something that will be used against them later. The ghost of Harry Reid!

Actually it didn't. No mechanism to take any power, no insurrection.
Just because it was a failed coup doesn't make it any less a coup.

They had a plan. The plan was to intimidate Congress into not accepting the swing state electors and replacing them with fake electors.

Dems / Socialists are inventing new conspiracy theories at a fevetish pace.

We've gone from "insurrection" to now a "coup".

I do wish you conspiracy theory loons would agree on which conspiracy theory to press.

That isn't a coup, and their plan would have needed weeks to even delay anything, and any change under duress would never be recognized.

Again, just because the plan was half-ass and Trump would have been screaming at the Deep State to carry out his orders, doesn't mean that wasn't his intent.

Trump incited an insurrection. Period. That disqualifies him to run for office.

Very similar to the SCOTUS intimidation for the Kavanaugh selection and the ROE v Wade controversy.

You're so completely full of shit it's almost funny. If it wasn't for confirmation bias you wouldn't have any bias at all. I couldn't care less what happens to Trump.... But watching you guys do the mental masturbation dance with all of your self-convinced predilections is truly impressive.

Not even close.

Now, if a mob of angry women stormed the SCOTUS building and threatened violence against Rapey Kavanaugh, you might have a point.

Keep drinking the orange koolaid.

There was no insurrection. No declaration of rebellion of take over.

Okay, buddy, you go with that.

The real question is, will the Supreme Court declare a right to storm government buildings by supporting Trump's position.

You guys have been pushing the supremacy of state's rights for decades, so a state is perfectly entitled to keep Trump off the ballot if it chooses to.

Trump told them to be peaceful. Everyone on your side seems to forget that.

Actually the State doesn't have a say on the qualifications of a Presidential Candidate, nor on interpreting the 14th amendment in a federal election.

Because you take it out of context. One line telling people to be peaceful after riling them up for three months and conspiring with groups like the Proud Boys doesn't get you off the hook.

Bullshit. By that logic every Democrat should be on trial for encouraging the Floyd Riots.

Trump’s ‘presidency’ was an unmitigated failure – the consequence of Trump’s incompetence and ignorance, and the incompetence and ignorance of Trump ‘administration’ officials.

Trump is a criminal and unfit to be president, he was voted out of office accordingly – and in an act of insanity conservatives want Trump to be ‘president’ again.
And, as usual, your Reichbabblng is the exact opposite of the truth.
Mrs. Jones, let's face it....you are a TDS moron.
