The other day there were thousands of ordinary citizens out in the streets of Seattle and cities and towns all accross this country in support of SINGLE PAYER health care.

The three main TV stations komo(ABC), KING(NBC) and KIRO (CBS)reported on the marches yet at the same time they subverted the news.

All three reported the gatherings as in support on "universal health care"

Not one of these reports truthfully reported that these people came out of thier houses to make the government recognise SINGLE PAYER.

There was no room for missinterpreting the messsage. Even on the tv screen as the reporters were speaking the dozens of signs clearly demanded SINGLE PAYER.

Yet in spite of the clear intent the reporters lied and reported the "protests" in support of universal health care.

I've got a "report" for network news. GO FUCK YOURSELVES! You lying traitors.

As a quick reality check, the water boarding ended in 2002. It's 2009.

The unemployment rate will hit 10% before August 1. There is no longer a Big 3 in the Auto industry. We are racking up more debt right now than at any time in our history. There is a world wide banking crisis. Terrorists around the world are plotting to destroy some thing from the West. Pirates are trying to block the shipping of the busiest corridors in the world's oceans. Every state is about to go bankrupt.

Communism is once again gaining strength. Nuclear proliferation is blossoming in some very bad places. Korea is shooting missiles over Japan and the last time Japan armed itself was not a pretty thing. A militarized Japan will worry a militarized China and that would be a bad thing.

The debt of the USA is held in greater parts daily by China. 6 billion + people are alive today and the struggle for natural resources has historically been the cause of war. There are some very well financed factions with international connections that seem to desire war. The Trillion or so dollars that is approved to cure our economy seems to not be be working.

Our leaders are clueless. Their plans are impotent. Their words are empty. Their goals are not based in reality. In short, there is plenty to do if they just want to do it.

You and they both feel that it is more important to decide if Nancy dozed off during a briefing than to actually do some good.
