1. Comey Under Pressure - His tortured justification for not recommending indictment, despite overwhelming evidence to support it, indicates that he understood that he would become a pariah (e.g., Ken Starr) if he recommended prosecution.

2. The Meeting on the Tarmac was No Accident - But not for the reason one might think. There was no need for Bill Clinton to personally influence the AG. This entire event was orchestrated to allow Lynch to recuse herself from Comey's decision. As a result, she doesn't have to defend that decision.

3. The Fix Was In - Obama OBVIOUSLY knew Comey's decision IN ADVANCE or he would never have scheduled a campaign trip with Hillary aboard Air Force One. Comey carefully stated that HE had not discussed his decision with anyone outside the FBI, but did not say that no one in the FBI had acted as a go-between with Obama/Lynch.

If anyone has information to the contrary, please provide it. But spare us the name calling and insults.

I have been saying what happened with Bill is exactly what you are saying. It really is quite obvious and I was happy to see at least one congressman bring up the timing. Unfortunately he let Comey off the hook and didn't ask him any questions. Like why Tuesday and not Wednesday. Or why didn't he see fit to interview Mrs. Tuzla himself.

I think that the ex cia officer nailed Comey pretty damn good.
