One company will not pay for their employee's contraception.
Another company will not allow anyone to work for them unless they are in a union.

I heard of one company that won't hire unless they think they can make money off of them. Exploitation is what is, I tell you! Greedy, capitalist, EXPLOITATION!!!!

But, as I've posted before, what about if my religion forbids smoking and my employee gets lung cancer? Or, my religion forbids gluttony and you're a fat diabetic?

Or, we could reflect on the core problem - the assumption that we need democratic consensus on something as personal as insurance coverage. We don't. Far better to let people decide for themselves what kind of insurance coverage best suits their needs, and whether or not they want an employer to provide it. There's simply no need for majority rule on something that is so subjective.
