Accidents happen all the time. It is why we passed laws prohibiting people from using their cell phones while driving. We had seen the results of distracted driving haven’t we?

People have been falling asleep behind the wheel as long as I’ve been alive. When I was taking Drivers Education we talked about it. And that was a good many years ago. Ronald Reagan was President.

Right now Investigators are trying to find out exactly what happened. They are enhancing and working on the videos. If he claimed to be asleep and was head up behind the wheel he may be lying.

We don’t know.

If you look you will find I said exactly the same thing when the FBI served a Search Warrant and seized documents from Trump. I said then we don’t know enough to draw any conclusions.

Yep, but that's no reason to let him go. The investigators at the accident charged him with attempted murder based on what witnesses told them and the video. That charge should have went to court and a judge set bail, and set it high enough so it's not likely he'd get out being a danger to the public. That's the way our justice system is supposed to work, and does work outside of Communist states where they favor the criminal.
