Liz Cheney: No surprise Trump doesn't want you to see the J6 Committee evidence

Nope.
Smith is a veteran prosecutor.
You can be sure he has more than that to connect the dots that make his point.
As I said before Huchinson's sworn testimony is just what we've seen.
There is more.
Smith won't touch anything coming out of the J6 TV show......

Are you living under a rock or something so you haven't heard that the J6 Committee long ago passed it's evidence file to Jack Smith along with it's recommendations for indictments.
Are you just kidding....or did you seriously not know that?

If Smith wants to do anything with the 'evidence'...he would depose the person from the J6 TV charade, rather than rely on 'evidence' from the fiasco.

Defense can make a lot of noise about the 'investigation' being politically motivated, which it was.

Like you said, Smith is a veteran prosecutor.

Why didn’t Liz just make it public when she was chair of the committee? All of it
She had a role. She was not alone. There was no consipracy to hide r destroy anything like evidence. facts suck for those who try so desperately to believe otherwise.

Your only problem is the house has said they haven't got all the records they demanded be preserved.

really? You mean all of the data?

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.) chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight told Fox News on Tuesday that the House Jan. 6 select committee did not adequately preserve documents, data and video depositions — including communications it had with President Biden's administration — and failed to provide

so what? What law or rule have they broken? Another crazed accusation that will fizzle out

Because Facts MAtter:

snippet:
On the Truth Social platform Wednesday, Trump falsely stated that “The January 6th Unselect Committee got rid of EVERYTHING! Discarded, Deleted, Thrown Out. A Flagrant Violation of the law. They had so much to hide, and now that I have Subpoena Power, they didn’t want to get caught. They knew EXACTLY what they were doing. AN EGREGIOUS CRIMINAL ACT & BLATANT DISREGARD OF THE LAW! Can you imagine if I would have done such a thing???.”

That is not accurate. Much of the committee’s work was made public through an 845-page, eight-chapter report, several televised hearings and about 180 released transcripts and interviews.

Loudermilk himself alleged only that the information his subcommittee has is incomplete, not that it was all destroyed.

Had a role? What? Why didn’t she release all the evidence then?
