So? La Raza San Diego Lawyers Association allows members of all races. The code of conduct says he can't be a member of a group that excludes members based on race, creed or national origin.RWNJ'S seem to be the only people in America that don't understand that the organizations are completely separate and are not related. But we give you an A for trying.
What part of that don't you understand?
What about Donald Trump's breaking of the law when he disparaged the judge in his case? Should Donald go to jail for contempt of court?
Disparaging a Judge is against the law? Are you kidding me?
Well then Obama should go to jail when he went after the SCOTUS during his State of the Union in 2010. Talk about dissing the highest court in the land.
Hell yeah it's against the law and it's called contempt of court. Obama criticized, he didn't disrespect. Donald Trump is at Judge Curiel's mercy he can get up to 45 days according to California law.
Contempt of court when it's not in court but outside of the court? Oh really?
On the other hand the punk from Cheeeeeecago in his arrogant mealy mouth asshole way dissed the Supreme Courts decision big time. Big mother fucking time. He condemned their ruling. In front of the other two branches of government.
In front of the nation. Nasty little prick..
"During the address, Obama condemned the Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission ruling, stating, "Last week, the Supreme Court reversed a century of law that I believe will open the floodgates for special interests – including foreign corporations – to spend without limit in our elections." Justice Samuel Alito was seen frowning and mouthing the words "not true" when Obama criticized the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice John Roberts later commented on the subject at the University of Alabama, saying, "The image of having the members of one branch of government standing up, literally surrounding the Supreme Court, cheering and hollering while the court – according the requirements of protocol – has to sit there expressionless, I think is very troubling."
