The person that is playing political games is Trump. He is more concerned about his base than the country. Two thirds of the country oppose this move. There is no crisis. Even Republicans like Justin Amish agree that a political dispute does not constitute a national emergency. While a President does have the right to declare a national emergency, he does not have the right to ignore Congress' constitutional powers which include the power of the purse.

There is no deep state. This is something that has been created by cuckoo Trump supporters like you. You and Trump are the ones who are hypocrites. You complained very loudly about Obama's EOs but since Trump is doing it, that makes it okay. Trump is not obeying laws. He has unilaterally changed the asylum laws among other things. Congress may pass a law but it does not require them to fund it.\

Trump was elected because he was not Clinton. A majority of voters who voted in 2016 opposed a wall. What won it for Trump was the 25% of voters who voted against the other candidate and potential voters who stayed home.

The DOJ has not been exposed. Using the 25th Amendment to remove Trump seems even more rational than it did then. Trump has gone crazy and is unfit to serve.
