Many women cannot conceive and carry a child, does that mean they aren't "real" women?

Even if they can't have kids, they still have their periods to deal with when guys do not have to worry about such a thing.

No, some women don't. You've heard of a hysterectomy I suppose? Menopause? Do you cease being a "real woman" when either of those occur?
