Majority Of Americans Say Trump Should Be Prosecuted On Federal Criminal Charges Linked To 2020 Election

So why did you post

Federal felonies:
Trump 91
Biden 0

Do you even think about the nonsense you type before you hit the Post Reply button?
I appreciate you realizing that the indictments of trump have nothing to do with the election.

Or you could say that even a rigged poll couldn't come up with a clean majority that thought the charges against Trump are "very serious".

48% of Americans believe that Jack Smith is politically motivated with the indictments. :eusa_whistle:
Perhaps that is what is fueling Trump's lead.
link on that info?
The majority of Americans think the Jack Smith indictments are legit and serious.

Seeing how he is caught red handed with top secret document he claimed to not have in his possession and his lawyer admitted Trump lied and tried to hide those documents, that qualifies as very serious.

Seeing how he is caught red handed blatantly lying to everybody about election fraud that never happened, then trying to steal the election for himself with a half-brained fake electors scheme and pressuring election officials to illegally change votes, that qualifies as very serious.

While foreign agents probably know more than we could ever imagine about the inner workings of the U.S. government, the truth is that there are precious few real secrets and real classified docs have been on classified computers and tiny chips for decades. Whatever stamped papers Trump had consisted of old junk that could have been sold on Ebay. If he tried to hide it he wasn't very good at it. The dirty little secret is that it wasn't about alleged classified secrecy, it was about whether it was the government's property and whether the former president had a right to the documents. Every administration took documents for their memoirs. The ironic thing is that the crooked DOJ and CIA leaked more information to foreign agents and the MSM in order to undermine the Trump administration than Trump's documents ever threatened to disclose. There is no question that the democrat party's full court Banana Republic press did damage to the former president but it's interesting that the non stop anti-Trump propaganda still didn't convince the majority of Americans even in a obviously rigged poll.

So you have just decided to let fox news tell you what to think?

The evidence against Trump is Gold, and rock solid.
Trump got caught red handed with very top secret and very sensitive material that is a threat to American security. He's fucked and the evidence against him is overwhelming.
He's done and the majority of Americans think he is a criminal, because he is.

Exactly. Trump will be exonerated again and again.

Its a dead heat and Biden didn't even get impeached yet. Stay tuned...no one likes Joe Biden...

The 54 percent of the people who say trump should be prosecuted won't be voting for him.

This sort of poll is useless without know what questions were asked and how they were asked. In addition, given the anti-Trump fervor in the media, the poll results will most likely be skewed against him. This is like Stalin promotion a poll saying that 99.99% of people approve of starving to death in support of the Soviet Union.
And here come the excuses. If a poll said 54 percent say trump is innocent you would not make this excuse.

Anyone who voted for Biden was brainwashed or ignorant. Or both. Look where we are thanks to idiots like you - people can‘t afford groceries, illegals are streaming in by the millions, Biden has convinced people like you to think Trump voters are in a cult, etc. etc.

Sorry, you’re a Democrat when you call Trump a “cult leader.” It shows the danger of having Biden a president - the most divisive, harmful, idiotic president of my lifetime.
Talk about being brainwashed. You're the poster child.

It's time for cult members to stop conflation republican primary voters for the majority of the American people. This poll shows exactly where the majority of voting Americans stand on this situation. These numbers do not show that trump gains more support every time he's indicted.

Majority Of Americans Say Trump Should Be Prosecuted On Federal Criminal Charges Linked To 2020 Election, Quinnipiac University National Poll Finds; DeSantis Slips, Trump Widens Lead In GOP Primary

In the wake of a federal indictment accusing former President Donald Trump of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, Americans 54 - 42 percent think Trump should be prosecuted on criminal charges, according to a Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University national poll released today. Democrats (95 - 5 percent) and independents (57 - 37 percent) think the former president should be prosecuted on criminal charges for allegedly attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, while Republicans (85 - 12 percent) think Trump should not be prosecuted. The poll was conducted from August 10th through August 14th.

Nearly two-thirds of Americans (64 percent) think the federal criminal charges accusing former President Trump of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election are either very serious (52 percent) or somewhat serious (12 percent), while roughly one-third (32 percent) think they are either not too serious (11 percent) or not serious at all (21 percent).

"Not only do a large majority of Americans regard the federal charges as serious, more than half of Americans think the former president should face prosecution," said Quinnipiac University Polling Analyst Tim Malloy.

Anyone who saw the January 6 insurrection knows Trump was responsible. Of course they want him held accountable. People died that day and in the days which followed, and their blood is on his hands.

Not to mention he tried to overthrow the government, and we cannot abide treason.
