Here we go. The solution to a problem that doesn't exist, and it solves it with a useless law that felons will not comply with...a perfect anti-gun nut law.....

(But...it saves normal gun owners from the legal jeopardy that anti-gunners want against private gun sellers.....)

The easiest solution is to make a law that specifically states that felons must admit to any gun seller that they are felons before they try to illegally buy guns they already know they are legally barred from buying, owning or carrying......

FYI - Felons, professional criminals, drug dealers, terrorists, thugs, rapists, and crazies, couldn't give a happy rat's ass less about laws, or following laws. It is IMPOSSIBLE to legislate guns off our streets, and out of the hands of those that want guns. Anyone that wants a gun, can get their hands on a gun, period.

Guns are traded between friends, family members, and are sold from the trunks of cars, on the internet, at flea markets, and they come across our borders. Guns are stolen, made, and easily available to drug dealers, pimps, thugs, and criminals. All the talk about gun control and gun laws is a waste of time and energy. How can anyone ensure that the wrong people can't get their hands on a gun, if they really want a gun, and have the money and resources to get what they want?

I laugh every time I read about, or hear about, gun control and gun laws. We have laws already on the books, and those laws do nothing to stop gun violence. What makes anyone think that more laws will do any better?

Hell no, it wouldn't make a damn bit of difference. Do you honestly believe that everyone would follow such as law? It would be stupid and asinine to even consider that everyone would obey the law. Have laws that are already on the books stopped rape, robbery, assault, murder, theft, child molestation, traffic violations, prostitution, drug dealing, terroristic acts, domestic violence, spousal and child abuse, animal cruelty, illegal immigration, income tax fraud, Medicare and Medicaid fraud and corruption, White Collar crime, government corruption, professional scam and con artists, violation of probation, perjury, and other laws?

You must not be familiar with my posts.....I am one of the the 2nd Amendment guys and gals here on U.S.....read my opening line and you will see where I come in on this issue....
