The government and the media are doing a good job instituting a culture of fear into the American people. The more fear people are living in, the more they are willing to give up their rights for the illusion of security.

This is one instance where the illusion of safety is not deluding people into really thinking they are safe. There are too many criminals willing to shoot a baby in the face. Everyone knows that no amount of gun control will keep guns out of the hands of these criminals.

I think it would be prudent to make a new Law requiring a pink tip on the end of black umbrellas, it's the only sensible solution.
