Mark Levin SCHOOLS Biden DOJ On Trump Lawsuit

I agree with Mark Levin!

"Claiming the president has the authority to declassify documents and remove them from the White House, Levin posited that President Trump’s Fourth and Fifth Amendment constitutional rights were violated by the Justice Department in its sweeping search of the president’s Florida compound several months ago. The host, speaking on Fox News, added that President Biden should have known about these violations before signing off on the investigation."

mark is a sycophant nothing more.

Did markie mark say how the former 1-term fuckup declassified the documents?

Of just scream piss his pants.

Not trying to be mean, but POTUS doesn't need an approval from something like you.... and that's by design.

So why did the FBI open a criminal investigation and the DOJ start a Grand Jury a few weeks after Trump voluntarily gave up classified docs? But they didn't wrt to Biden?
Good poster Rawley, poster g5000 has adequately responded to your rhetorical query. So this next is sort of piling-on. So be it. I'm not all that discomfited by kicking when they are down.

Here's the deal, Don Trump was issued a subpoena to cough-up the documents that the government had reason to believe he still retained (ala' - snitches in Mar A Lago; sign-off docs when the Top Secret stuff was given to Trump (and not returned); and a listing compiled by the National Records people). In short, the government had multiple sources informing them that there was more bad juju in Trump's control. So they kept asking and asking for it. He failed to fully comply with the subpoena. So.....they did what we want our law enforcement people to do....they went and got it under a duly authorized search warrant.

Captain Obvious.

---------------------------------------------------------
The fbi was at Mar a logo a few months before the raid. Why didn't they just take the documents then?
Because, according to what I read -----Trump and his lawyers said there were no more. And the FBI did not conduct a search at that time to verify if what they were being told was true (but they had a list of some documents that they knew had not been returned to the government).
When it became crystal clear that Trump was not going to fully comply despite the respect and honor bestowed upon him due to his former position.......well, they did what we want our law enforcement people to do----i.e., they got a warrant and went and got what they could find themselves.
(Questions remain though: Does Trump still have more.....but better hidden?)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And you know what, rube? He has not been charged for having ANY of those 197 documents.
Point well made. Trump is indicted for the documents found AFTER the subpoena and after he had had time to fully comply. The government was treating him with kid gloves until......until it became crystal clear he was never gonna fully cooperate.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Why did the FBI open a criminal investigation and the DOJ start a Grand Jury a few weeks after Trump voluntarily gave up classified docs?
Gave up some documents. Snitches told 'em there were more. The govenement's inventory of docs indicated there were missing docs. And Trump and his people kept fibbing to 'em. Opening up an investigation to find out what the hell is going on with the return of secret documents......seems pretty doggone reasonable to me. Sounds like we should expect such investigations in those circumstances.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Are you being deliberately obtuse or are you actually stupid?
I'll not pile on to that one.
But poster g5000's rhetorical query of poster Rawley is not without merit.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have, and it's a joke....Next?

So, poster 'j-mac' claims he has read the 49-pages of the indictment and he......thinks it is all a joke?
OK. You be you, j-mac.

However......
However, many accomplished lawyers and legal scholars would differ (go ahead google up some serious-minded analysis of the indictment. Tell us what you have found....but list your sources.)

Personally, I ofttimes look up the Lawfare website for their take on a variety of current legal issues. Here is one of their treatments: United States of America v. Donald J. Trump and Waltine Nauta
But there are more on Lawfare.

Now, I ain't a prosecutor. Ain't even a lawyer. But if lotsa lawyers....lots!.....on the telly and in the newspapers report that it is a highly detailed 'talking indictment' that paints a dire picture for the perps charged......well, I'll believe them over some avatar on a social media site who offers his opinion anonymously while using a fake name.

But that's just how I roll.

You were one of the brats sitting in the back row in high school throwing spit balls at the smart kids, huh.
bodecea got mostly C's and a few D's but he got pregnant in 10th grade and had to quit school. He became the "anal specialist" in the family dildo shop and it's worked out ok for everybody.... except for little bodecea jr.

Levin nearly popped an aneurysm during that long winded rant.

Do you believe Trump is going to jail?
I believe he is guilty and I believe that it can be proven in court. And yes, he belongs in jail.

But with the number of appeals open to him - will he actually see jail time? I doubt it.

Now, your turn. Do you believe Trump is guilty of this crime? And, a follow-up - Do you believe Trump won the 2020 election?

I doubt if I will get a straight answer since you are a retard, but hey, surprise me. Go.

Nothing rhetorical. g5000 did not answer my question. The subpoena was issued by the Grand Jury. My question was why the FBI opened a criminal investigation and the DOJ started a Grand Jury a few weeks after Trump voluntarily gave up classified docs? But they didn't wrt to Biden.

I updated my response. Let's see if you can give a straight answer to my questions. Go.
I don't believe President Trump committed a crime. I believe that the democrats stole the 2020 Presidential election. Is that clear enough?

You also don't believe Trump ever lied. You're not exactly playing with a full deck.

"The subpoena was issued by the Grand Jury."

Trump was not fully cooperating. The FBI suspected (because they were being informed by snitches on Trump's staff) that there was more documents that Trump was hiding.

THAT ---- is in contradistinction to how they perceived the cooperation level from both Mike Pence and Joe Biden. Trump was not forthcoming and it is clear that authorities were no longer trusting his word nor his lawyer's word.

Hence, they ratcheted up their efforts, i.e., empaneling a Grand Jury; issuing a subpoena; seeking an indictment; and now today-----arresting the perp.

Don Trump need only have cooperated --- like Mike Pence did, like Joe Biden did.

It ain't rocket-science.

Trump was cooperating. He voluntarily gave back 15 boxes of records. Within weeks, the FBI opened a criminal investigation and the DOJ started the Grand Jury. There is no evidence he wasn't cooperating. This is a frigging civil case about records under the PRA that the FBI and the DOJ turned into a criminal case. They did not do the same wrt to Biden
