I think the south handles justice better then then the north. There is no standards for rape in the back woods with no police around,, you get Lynched to badYou are anti trump , me and you just disagree that’s allI never did see you define "feminist". Is it just a woman who won't make you a sandwich when you demand it?
If you are not willing to defend the poorest from murderous mobs, you are not deserving of the blessings of liberty.
Don't pretend it is about the backwoods. You are ready to lynch that 14 year old boy in Boston.
Also, there is law around anywhere. Just because someone was accused of something does not mean it happened. A woman could easily accuse you of rape. The trial is a guaranteed right.
To do less is to allow murder.
You don't know a damn thing.
Justice? Let me tell you about the justice you are defending.
from: https://www.miamiherald.com/opinion/opn-columns-blogs/leonard-pitts-jr/article211223209.html
"It began when somebody killed Hampton Smith, a white plantation owner. Suspicion fell on Sidney Johnson, an African-American worker said to have had a wage dispute with Smith. A vengeful white mob, unable to find Johnson, killed other black people instead, including a man named Hayes Turner. His wife, outraged beyond self-preservation, loudly vowed to swear out a warrant against the murderers. So the next day, they came for her."
"Mary Turner was maybe 20 years old. She was eight months pregnant."
"They strung her up by her ankles in a tree. They doused her with gasoline and motor oil. They set her afire. But that wasn’t the worst of what they did."
"Wrote White: “Mocking, ribald laughter from her tormenters answered the helpless woman’s screams of pain and terror. ‘Mister, you ought to’ve heard the ****** wench howl!’ a member of the mob boasted to me a few days later… The clothes [having] burned from her crisply toasted body in which, unfortunately, life still lingered, a man stepped towards the woman and, with his knife, ripped open the abdomen in a crude Caesarean operation. Out tumbled the prematurely born child. Two feeble cries it gave — and received for answer the heel of a stalwart man, as life was ground out of the tiny form.”
So all this talk of rapists, but people like Hayes and Mary Turner were the victims of this "justice" you defend. Without a trial, it is just mayhem. First, an innocent man was lynched. Then, because she did not quietly accept her husband's unfair death, a woman was taken out and hanged (and her unborn baby ripped from inside her and stomped).
So your "justice" has a suspect in a murder. But when they can find him, they just find someone else who is black, and punish him. One is just as good as another, right?
That May of 1918 there were 12 or 13 people killed when the lynch mob couldn't find Sidney Johnson. All of them were innocent of the murder of the plantation owner. But they were murdered by the form of "justice" you think was superior.
No. It is murder by rednecks who thought blacks lives were disposable.
You think this is acceptable? You are a sick fucker.
