There's nothing legitimate about disenfranchising American voters.Yeah, because trying to make sure an American election was legitimate is a bad thing, huh?
You got that right. Why did Democrats do that to install a braindead puppet to be run by a shadow government? There's nothing legitimate about disenfranchising American voters.
Nice Dance.
DA let that fucker off.
But hey. Its BLM. Murder go home.
I've come to never expect an honest discussion from you. Your partisanship precludes it.Come back when you're willing to discuss things honestly.
I'm talking about facts. All you are doing is ranting about Nancy Pelosi.I've come to never expect an honest discussion from you. Your partisanship precludes it.
The courts, after 62 hearings and trial, after the recounts, had already decided it was a legitimate election. Only those not supporting the legal system and constitution, remained in doubt. These were the people Trump mobilized to attempt to overthrow due process, and the laws and Constitution of our country.Yeah, because trying to make sure an American election was legitimate is a bad thing, huh?
Sure did as a comparison to a 2 tiered Justice system. Guess TDS blinds you to see that huh?You brought up, rioting in Denver. I did not.
But trying to prevent them from voting for their chosen candidate is?There's nothing legitimate about disenfranchising American voters.
BS. Your side cheated your ass off.The courts, after 62 hearings and trial, after the recounts, had already decided it was a legitimate election. Only those not supporting the legal system and constitution, remained in doubt. These were the people Trump mobilized to attempt to overthrow due process, and the laws and Constitution of our country.
If you lose at the polls, you take it up in the recalls, where you lost. If that also, fails to find votes needed, you fight it in courts. If all the courts rule against you also, you have lost. You don't attack the Capital and a joint session of congress to overthrow the election. Everybody knows that, that is above 6th grade level, except the charismatic Trump, who led others to their attack, prosecutions and caused the death of both attackers and defenders. He is dumber than the average 6th grader and with less care for the laws of the land, only supporting law and order if it benefits him, which is not supporting law and order, at all. Law and order, just isn't really his thing, as it does not benefit Donald Trump personally.
Determining if their chosen candidate is eligible to be on the ballot is perfectly legitimate. But trying to prevent them from voting for their chosen candidate is?
There was no such determination.Determining if their chosen candidate is eligible to be on the ballot is perfectly legitimate.
Sure there was. That's what the court cases were all about. There was no such determination.
I saw no case that rose to the level of the 14th Amendment. There was a handful of judges that got their undies in a bunch because Orange Man Bad and didn't want anyone to even have the opportunity to vote for him.Sure there was. That's what the court cases were all about.
SCOTUS made the decision and now it's settled.I saw no case that rose to the level of the 14th Amendment.
Of course, the attempt was illegitimate. The SC found it to be so, unanimously. The state SC should have known better, and now they do, after being smacked down.SCOTUS made the decision and now it's settled.
There was nothing illegitimate about the process.
Trying to have state legislatures throw out the chosen electors and appointing their own was not legitimate. That was an attempt at disenfranchisement.
It is actually multitiered, including local, state, appellate (including Federal appellate and finally the court of last legal appeal, The Supreme court. This is excellent! We will have you up to 7th grade civics in no time.Sure did as a comparison to a 2 tiered Justice system. Guess TDS blinds you to see that huh?
They brought the case to court. There's nothing illegitimate about that. That's exactly how the system works.Of course, the attempt was illegitimate. The SC found it to be so, unanimously. The state SC should have known better, and now they do, after being smacked down.
