The point is that, if the facts are true, together they show the defendant is guilty.
There’s no such things as an “untrue fact,” you asshole. There are untrue claims or allegations. There are alleged “facts.” But there are no “false” facts. Otherwise, they wouldn’t BE “facts.”
Right. Anyone who can read can read the allegations. But nobody can read “facts” in a mere indictment.Anyone can read the statement of facts released for the first indictment Smith filed.
No indictment — EVER — constitutes proof of what it alleges.
