Our government employees are required to conduct official government business on approved servers. They are required to do so primarily for two reasons. Security...god only knows who was hacking Hillary's home servers but it was probably MOST of our enemies!...and oversight so that Congress can make sure that they aren't up to no good.

That doesn't mean that a former President has to comply nor does it make it obstruction of justice if they don't. It's a legal issue. It was a legal issue when Bill Clinton refused to turn over tapes that he'd made while in office. Nobody charged him with obstruction of justice. Nobody raided his home.
