Merrick Garland Hides Joe Biden’s Scandalous Recordings in Top-Secret Facility

Question is why didn't the Dems investigate it?
I can't say for sure but probably because at the time, Republicans controlled both sides of Congress and the executive.

How would you expect Democrats to launch an investigation under these circumstances?

Although I am sure the reason you have conjured up is much more fascinating.

Why do you think they didn't investigate? It's not lame like they were scared of discovery is it?

Good point, why would the guilty party investigate themselves?

What specific law did she break?

It was not criminal to use her own server for emails as SoD.

Hillary didn't destroy any servers. Please link this.
Hillary paid someone to professionally "bleach" her servers and then had her Blackberries smashed with a hammer! She deliberately destroyed evidence...the very ESSENCE of obstruction of justice!

Our government employees are required to conduct official government business on approved servers. They are required to do so primarily for two reasons. Security...god only knows who was hacking Hillary's home servers but it was probably MOST of our enemies!...and oversight so that Congress can make sure that they aren't up to no good.

Their was no valid legal question to ignore a subpeana.

The documents were subpeanad and Trump allegedly conspired with others to hide these documents...thus the conspiracy to obstruct justice charge.

Yep. And it's a good thing they did? Did you see all the documents Trump obstructed our govenrment from getting?

Some even had nuclear strategy for our allies.

Why did Trump obstruct justice?

That is in question because Hurr said he wouldn't be able to get an indictment.

I guess your speculation was wrong.

Sorry about that.
How can you say that? That's a legal question that the Supreme Court is going to rule on. The DOJ can subpoena all they want. That doesn't mean that a former President has to comply nor does it make it obstruction of justice if they don't. It's a legal issue. It was a legal issue when Bill Clinton refused to turn over tapes that he'd made while in office. Nobody charged him with obstruction of justice. Nobody raided his home.

Lol. Link please.

Yep. Good reasons.

Didn't Russia hack her server after Trump asked them to on national tv?

Yes. Actually that is the very definition of obstruction of justice.

Yes. Former president do have to comply.

Because there was nothing to investigate. It was raw oppo dirt that wasn't meant to see the light of day.
But it did.....explain that.

Which Democrat did Republicans find guilty of something in that investigation?
The DNC and the Hillary campaign. (of course there no linking HRC to this....) :auiqs.jpg:

No, it was the DNC servers in 2015 and 2016 because Podesta was stupid enough to use 'password' as his password.
Never proven.

Glad you admit it.

You kind of need that link for charges.

That is why Republicans didn't charge her.

Russia did the hacking.

An Associated Press investigation into the digital break-ins that disrupted the U.S. presidential contest has sketched out an anatomy of the hack that led to months of damaging disclosures about the Democratic Party’s nominee. It wasn’t just a few aides that the hackers went after; it was an all-out blitz across the Democratic Party. They tried to compromise Clinton’s inner circle and more than 130 party employees, supporters and contractors.

While U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that Russia was behind the email thefts, the AP drew on forensic data to report Thursday that the hackers known as Fancy Bear were closely aligned with the interests of the Russian government.

And now we have Biden hiding video of the Biden discussion with Hur. And they expected more from Trump too.

Do you have a link or not?
