In the town I live closest to(5 miles south of me) if a deputy(they're all we got out here) gives a motorist a ticket for going faster than the 25 mph speed limit in town it makes front page news in our towns weekly newspaper. Needless to say it's a pretty relaxed lifestyle out here by any stretch of the imagination.
