DEI is about promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace, not about "fixing" anything. Anything beyond this is just saying "White people need to change". And as I said, white privilege is entirely subjective.

Anybody else see the inherent irony here of demanding First Amendment freedom to mandatorily give DEI training? It means the employer has the freedom to provide the training but do employees have the freedom not to participate?

They have the right to provide DEI training but do they have the right to make it mandatory?

It was my understanding that DeSantis was not so much against DEI as he was against making it mandatory.
