no one has observed it or reproduced it which are the two main rules of science,,

not sure what you are missing - not entirely different new being but entirely different same being -

There is nothing supernatural about evolution. Speciation, which is the transition of one species to another, has many examples.

There were different humans before us, we have their remains in our museums and their DNA in our own.

That happened because our creator, whomever that made be, created a universe where elements freely create molecular bonds and allows for the process of cellular replication.
