This goes along with my thought that the framers of the Constitution made certain assumptions about the American people. They assumed that we would be, at least to some degree, thoughtful and decent. They assumed that we would, at least to some degree, be able to communicate and collaborate, as they did with the Constitution.Broken record time!!!!
This is the danger of having a constitution that is so very vague and a congress that makes up the rules as it goes along.
