Trump has invoked the FL recount of 2000 as his justification for saying he will not accept the election results if he doesn't win. The FL recount of 2000 is irrelevant to Trump's refusal to accept the election results because FL has an automatic recount law; the 2000 recount took place without any action by Gore or Bush to obtain one.
