Sad thing was that they had originally made accommodations for her. One of her coworkers complained about it. However, if you cant do your job because of religion like the fruitcake and gay marriage certificates you should expect to lose your job.

I wouldn't describe a religion as any type of limitation. More like a lifestyle choice.I have worked with several large companies in a managerial capacity.
And we have had to make accommodations for employee's based on physical and even mental limitations.
Thus the airline could have accommodated the muslim flight attendant and easily avoided the situation. ......
