Sad thing was that they had originally made accommodations for her. One of her coworkers complained about it. However, if you cant do your job because of religion like the fruitcake and gay marriage certificates you should expect to lose your job.

I have worked with several large companies in a managerial capacity.

And we have had to make accommodations for employee's based on physical and even mental limitations.

Thus the airline could have accommodated the muslim flight attendant and easily avoided the situation. ......

because I am thinking she changed it in the first place to create the alcohol situation with the hope of being fired. Now she sues and wins, takes the cash and heads off to an island where she will spend the rest of her life in a skimpy swim suit, sucking down the drinks and banging the cabana boy. Brilliant really
